Before you sign a lease
A Korean listing does not read like a listing at home. We read it with you.
- The amount of the deposit and the rent, and what each one covers.
- Which charges are included: water, electricity, gas, internet, building upkeep.
- Heating, insulation and exposure, to look at during the viewing.
- The length of the lease and the terms for leaving early.
- The real journey to your work or school, at the times you will make it.

Your questions about settling in
Can you help me with my visa?
No. We give no advice on visas or immigration: check the official websites of the Korean embassy and the Korean immigration services. We prepare everything else with you.
Do you find the housing for me?
We search with you, we read the listings and we prepare the viewings. You choose, then you sign the lease directly with the landlord.
Can we still reach you after I arrive?
Yes, if you wish. The quote sets how long our support lasts and our reply hours.
