How it works

From the form to departure, in four steps

Dangol (단골, the regular) works on a quote basis: you know the price and the delivery date before you commit.

  1. You describe your tripFive minutes for the form, an acknowledgement straight away.
  2. We replyWithin 24 hours, by email or WhatsApp, to clarify your dates and what you want.
  3. You approve the quoteYou accept it by email, then you pay in US dollars through a PayPal link.
  4. You leave preparedWe deliver on the date in the quote. With on-site assistance, we reply within 3 hours while you are in Korea.

1. The form

Your dates, even approximate, the travellers, your budget in Korea and the offer that interests you. If you are unsure, tick “I don't know yet”. You get an acknowledgement by email straight away.

2. The first exchange

We reply within 24 hours, by email or on WhatsApp, as you prefer. Together we clarify the pace, what you want and your constraints. For an itinerary check, you send us your plan.

3. The quote and payment

You receive a quote by email: the service, the total price in US dollars, the steps and the timing. You pay in one go through a PayPal link, by bank card, without a PayPal account [TO CHECK ON SITE]. We send you the confirmation and the invoice straight away.

To accept, reply to the quote email with the sentence: “I accept quote no. … and I undertake to pay it”, followed by the quote number.

4. The preparation

Itinerary check: review of your plan, a video call of about 45 minutes, then a written report within 48 hours. Tailor-made trip: itinerary, addresses and Naver Map map delivered on the date in the quote, then the included revision. Arrival kit: handbook delivered before you leave, a 30-minute video call the day before, WhatsApp on arrival day. For every address to book, you get the link, the best time slots and a message in Korean ready to send.

When to write to us

For a tailor-made trip, write to us at least 4 weeks before your planned date. For an itinerary check, we give you our first available date in our reply.

5. During your trip

With on-site assistance, you message us on WhatsApp or by email. We reply within 3 hours, from 9 am to 9 pm, and we call venues in Korean. In Seoul, a team member can come and meet you if a serious problem arises.

6. After you return

We ask you what worked, to keep our addresses up to date. We delete our WhatsApp conversations 3 months after the end of your stay.
