You ordered a service from Dangol (단골, the regular) and you have changed your mind: you have 14 days to withdraw, with no reason needed and at no cost. The period starts on the day we receive your payment. This form is enough, and a simple email that clearly says you are withdrawing is enough too.
The quote number helps us find your order faster. You do not have to give it.
What happens after you send
- We send you an acknowledgement by email. It gives the date, the time and the content of your request.
- We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
- If you had asked us in writing to start the service before the end of the period, we deduct the part already provided. We explain the calculation to you in writing.
